I get this question all the time. Can chiropractic help with cancer? lupus? irritable bowel? psoriasis? bronchitis? Etc., etc., etc. Name a disease and I’ve been asked if chiropractic can help a person suffering from that disease.
My answer is always the same. Chiropractic care will allow your body to function at a higher level of health. That maybe enough to help your body heal the disease (I’ve seen some miracles happen over the years). But if the disease remains, chiropractic will still allow you to function better with the disease. That may translate to more comfort, less symptoms and/or less medication.
If you have a disease, you have a strike against you. But you still need to function the best you can despite that strike. Chiropractic is not a cure all for all diseases, but it is a great tool in your health toolbox.
