Lead the Conga Line at 100: Why Chiropractic Care Matters Now

I tell my patients that I want to see everyone live to be 100 years young. I then half-jokingly/half seriously tell them I want them to lead the conga line at their 100th birthday party and pass away face down in the cake right after they blow out the candles. Unfortunately, we all have to go sometime. But the joking part is the idea of someone doing a face plant into their birthday cake in the process of going is.... (I know if you have to explain the joke it's really not that funny). The serious part is that I really do want all of my patients to live to 100 or more.

We have a greater chance of living to 100 than any generation before us. But the trick is to live to that age and still be able to lead the conga line at your birthday party. We all should get there reasonably mobile, with our brains and bodies working well. Chiropractic care gives you the best chance for your spine and nervous system to last a good, long time. We shouldn't have to limp into old age; we should lead the conga line into old age. Chiropractic adjustments should be one of the tools in your health care toolbox. Invite me to your centennial party!!!
