Germ Theory

The medical concept of sickness is that when you come in contact with a germ....you get sick from that germ. So we need to kill all the germs or socially distance so we don't come in contact. I'm not saying that this philosophy doesn't have some merit, but it negates the second half of the equation. The second half of the equation takes into account the resistance of the host.....THE HEALTH OF THE INDIVIDUAL WHO COMES IN CONTACT WITH THE GERM. If you try to stay healthy and do some basic things your chance of getting sick from germs goes way down. And if you do get sick it is usually a mild case. Germs are OPPORTUNISTIC. They don't create a bad situation they take advantage of a bad situation. Just as rats didn't create the garbage dump, they take advantage of the garbage dump. So if you want to get rid of the rats...clean up the garbage dump. If you want to avoid sickness clean up your health. Basic things you can do: eat well, think well, get sunlight, sleep well, exercise, avoid stress and get your spine adjusted to allow your body to work the way it was designed to work.
